About Us

Rebound CIC Ltd is a Social Enterprise company based in Knowsley, Merseyside. The company is managed by Jacqui Bircall and Chrissy Ward who have delivered dance in educational and community settings for more than 20 years.

By working in partnership with schools and organisations we aim to inspire people of all ages and abilities to use dance and physical activity as a fun and non-competitive tool to improve levels of fitness, self-esteem, quality of life and social skills.

From our base in Huyton we co-ordinate a varied programme which takes us into a wide range of environments including schools, community groups, residential homes, hospitals, colleges etc.

In recent years, Rebound has worked in partnership with Liverpool Culture Company,Liverpool Community Games, Stockport MBC, Healthy Living Northwest, Liverpool Active City, Knowsley PCT, Age UK Knowsley and Knowsley MBC to deliver educational and community focused dance and fitness programmes.

Over the last 3 years Rebound has delivered ‘Community Kickstart’ as part of the Health Living Northwest Wellbeing portfolio.  The project was funded by Big Lottery and aimed to improve the health and wellbeing of people across the North West.

Community Kickstart was delivered into schools, community venues, residential homes and sheltered accommodation across Knowsley.  By the end of the 3 years we had worked with 5995 beneficiaries. Click here for report!
