Rebound is a Social Enterprise, not for profit organisation based in Knowsley, Merseyside.

The objective of the company is to promote and deliver dance, fitness and wellbeing activities of the highest quality to people of all ages and abilities in Knowsley and beyond.  We strive to make all of our activities affordable, accessible and enjoyable to encourage as many people as possible to get involved and join us to improve health & wellbeing.

We are able to provide programmes of activities tailor made to suit the needs of every group regardless of age or ability.  Options include: Yoga, Pilates, Low impact exercise, Chair Based exercise, Line Dancing, Zumba and much more!  We have vast experience of working in the corporate sector as well as residential homes, sheltered accommodation, adult community groups and hospitals etc.  Just let us know your requirements and we’ll do the rest.
